ITIL® 5 Foundation

ITIL® Foundation (Version 5.0) is the entry point to the ITIL® framework. Build a strong foundation in digital product and service management — learn the core concepts and practices needed to deliver value across the full lifecycle in today’s complex, AI-enabled environments.

ITIL® 5 Foundation training at CPU, a PeopleCert ITIL® Accredited Training Organization (ATO), is led by experienced accredited trainers. Official literature and the official exam voucher are included in the course price.

Who it is for

The course is suitable for any career stage and is your entry point into ITIL®: professionals in IT, support and development, consultants, service providers and system integrators, as well as anyone involved in or dependent on the delivery of IT and digital services.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for the training. Experience working with IT is desirable but not required.

Exam

• 40 multiple-choice questions
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Pass mark: 65% (26 out of 40 correct)
• Closed book

No training associated with an ITIL® (PeopleCert) product can be sold without the corresponding official examination, so the exam voucher is included in the course price.

Upgrading from ITIL® 4

Professionals who already hold ITIL® 4 Foundation can move to the new version quickly and cost-efficiently via the ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5.0) module, without repeating content they have already covered.

Format and duration

Live lecture with slides, online (remote). Slides are in English, and the training is delivered in Serbian. Duration: 3 days.
